Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how DogCare One collects, uses, stores and deletes information when you use the DogCare One mobile application, website and related services.

Dog profile and care information
Depending on the features you use, DogCare One may store:
- Dog name, breed, sex, birth date, colour and weight
- Microchip number, passport number, pedigree and notes
- Vaccination records and preventive-care schedules
- Reminders, daily-care records and weight history
- Feeding information and care preferences
- Veterinary documents uploaded by the user
Location information
DogCare One may access and process location information when you actively use features such as walk tracking, lost-dog protection or QR-scan location reporting. Location is used only to provide the feature you request.
Community content
When you use community features, we may process:
- Posts, comments and reports
- Uploaded photographs
- Country, city or location entered in a post
- Contact information voluntarily included in a post
- Marketplace, lost-and-found or adoption details
Lost Dog information
When enabled by the owner, public lost-dog profiles may include the owner's name, phone number, email address, WhatsApp number, public message, reward information and selected medical or microchip information.
Business and referral information
Business partner and referral features may process partner contact data, referral codes, registration records and QR-scan records.
Technical and administrative records
We may maintain limited server logs, moderation records, security records and administrative audit entries to operate, secure and moderate the service.

We use information to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Provide dog-care and health-record features
- Deliver reminders and requested notifications
- Provide walk, location and lost-dog features
- Display and moderate community content
- Manage Premium access and business partnerships
- Respond to support and privacy requests
- Protect users, prevent misuse and secure the service
- Maintain and improve DogCare One
4. Legal grounds for processing
Depending on the circumstances, we process information because it is necessary to provide the service requested by the user, because the user has given consent, because we have a legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, or because processing is required by law.

We do not sell personal information.
Information may be disclosed only where reasonably necessary to:
- Infrastructure, hosting, email or other technical service providers acting on our behalf
- Google Play or payment providers when Premium purchases are offered through their services
- Comply with a lawful request or legal obligation
- Protect the rights, safety and security of users, DogCare One or other persons
Community posts and information that a user intentionally publishes may be visible to other users or the public.
6. Data security
We use HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls, password hashing, server permissions, moderation controls and administrative auditing to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Data retention
Account data is generally retained while the account is active and for as long as needed to provide the requested service.
Some community content may be removed automatically after its applicable display period. Deleted posts may disappear from public display before all temporary technical copies are cleared.
Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal compliance. Where no such reason applies, associated active account data is deleted when an authenticated account deletion request is completed.
8. Account and data deletion
Users may permanently delete their DogCare One account and associated data through the account settings in the application when that option is available, or through the public deletion page:

Account deletion removes the user account and associated dog profiles, care records, vaccines, reminders, Lost Dog information, health documents, community content and other records directly connected to the account, subject only to limited retention required for lawful or security reasons.
Users may also contact info@dogcareone.com for help with an access or deletion request.
9. User choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, users may have the right to:
- Request access to their personal information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent
- Request a portable copy of eligible information
- Submit a complaint to the relevant data-protection authority
10. Children's privacy
DogCare One is not directed to children who are not legally able to consent to data processing in their country. Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information should contact us so that the account and information can be reviewed and removed.
11. Veterinary and health information
DogCare One stores information about dogs, not human medical records. The application provides organizational and educational tools only and does not replace professional veterinary examination, diagnosis or treatment.
12. International use
DogCare One may be used from multiple countries. Information may be processed on servers located outside the user's country, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the service, legal requirements or data practices change. The current version and effective date will always be published on this page.
