Terms of Use
By creating an account or using DogCare One, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. About DogCare One
DogCare One provides tools for organising dog profiles, health records, reminders, feeding information, training, grooming, walks, Lost Dog features, community participation and related services.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and must keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
You may not create an account using another person's identity or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
4. Veterinary disclaimer
DogCare One is an organisational and educational tool. It does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment or emergency services.
Information in the application is not a substitute for advice from a qualified veterinarian. In an emergency, contact a veterinarian or animal emergency service immediately.
5. User content
You retain responsibility for content that you submit, including photographs, posts, comments, listings and contact information.
By publishing content through DogCare One, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display that content only as needed to operate and promote the relevant service feature.
You must not publish content that:
- Is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening or abusive
- Violates privacy or intellectual-property rights
- Contains malicious software or deceptive links
- Promotes prohibited animal sales or animal cruelty
- Contains false emergency, adoption or lost-dog information
- Violates applicable marketplace or community rules
6. Moderation
We may review, restrict, hide or remove content and may block accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users or comply with law.
Moderation decisions may be based on reports from users, automated checks or administrator review.
7. Community and marketplace
DogCare One is not a party to transactions or arrangements between users. Users are responsible for verifying listings, identities, products, services, animals, payments and legal requirements before acting.
DogCare One does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality or availability of user listings.
8. Premium features and payments
Some features may require a paid Premium subscription. Prices, billing periods and included features will be shown before purchase.
Where payment is processed through Google Play or another authorised payment provider, that provider's billing, cancellation and refund rules also apply.
Deleting a DogCare One account may not automatically cancel an active subscription managed by a third-party store. The user should cancel the subscription through the relevant store before deleting the account.
9. Location and Lost Dog features
Location and Lost Dog features depend on device settings, network availability, GPS accuracy and information supplied by users. We cannot guarantee that a lost dog will be found or that every location reading will be accurate.
10. Intellectual property
The DogCare One name, logo, design, original software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual- property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of DogCare One intellectual property to users.
11. Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but DogCare One may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, technical problems, security updates or circumstances beyond our control.
Features may be improved, changed, suspended or discontinued where reasonably necessary.
12. Account suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access where a user materially violates these terms, misuses the service, threatens security or safety, or where required by law.

13. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DogCare One is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every particular purpose.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service, reliance on informational content, user interactions, inaccurate user content, unavailable services or third-party products.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the DogCare One Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the user's country.
